Simon Baker is a fantastic mortgage advisor, turns things around so quickly and is very responsive. Charlene has also been brilliant and communicating at every stage and keeping us updated. I don't mean this lightly, we couldn't have completed our first time buying journey without Shadi. We were massively let down by our solicitors and made the whole process extremely stressful and draining. Shadi stayed calm and helpful throughout, offering key advice to keep us on track.
