Difficult, Rude and Unhelpful Company

I have been buying from this company for a while, and of course every so often there are challenges, enquiries and questions to be asked etc.

However EVERY SINGLE TIME I approach this company with a question or enquiry they are difficult, dismissive, disrespectful, arrogant, and quite frankly rude.

Every enquiry has been different, every enquiry has been reasonable, yet the people that run this company will not answer questions, and show little respect.

My most recent enquiry to them was met with the same response, and that was the last straw. I'm sick to death of them treating me badly every time I want to ask something. They just flick me away like I'm a pest.

Well enough is enough. I will no longer be giving my business to them. They don't sell anything that you can't get elsewhere.

We need to stop giving our custom to poor businesses, so that they learn to respect their customers.

Ive stocked my food cupboards a few times with HBS, ive just received my latest shipment and im delighted. everything delicious and at a good price, perfect!

Customer Service above and beyond expectations

I ordered a Hulda Clark VariZapper from The Natural Choice on 6th August. It arrived by DHL 2 days later. I have had a lot of success with zapping (to kill the cold sore virus/bacteria) and using it immediately made me feel uplifted. Within 3 weeks the battery was not charging well, then not at all. I emailed TNC Customer Service team and received a response same day from Liam who suggested I change my charger as the battery was not getting adequate charge. That didn't work so I emailed again at 6pm on 31/8 and received a call before 10am on 1/9. As I only live an hour away from their distribution warehouse I arranged to drop the faulty gadget back and Liam arranged an exchange of a new device. The reception at the warehouse, although it doesn't normally receive customers, was amazing. Service was above and beyond what I anticipated and I am delighted to be zapping again. Thanks Liam and team.

The Natural Choice

Great service including customer service. Next day delivery with Royal Mail. Items were secured well in a bubble wrap and all had safety seals intact and were in date. Company contacted me on the phone and via email to let me know that some of the items I ordered were not in stock and checked if I am ok with a refund instead -refunded me straight away once I agreed to it. Also delayed the dispatch on my request so that I can be available for delivery. Overall great experience and I will be a returning customer.

Great Customer Service

Many thanks for great customer service and prompt delivery. I would recommend this company to anyone who buys complementary health products.
