When I complained about the courier charge & requested postage by an alternative, less expensive method they gave a convoluted explanation about low product value, small profit margins, packaging time, packaging expense & insurance, then presumed to just cancel my order.
The bad bit: plants arrived in a rather flimsy box, poorly labelled, and with two of the plants spilled out of their pots.
The good bit: after I wrote to them, the company gave me a refund by return, even though I hadn't even asked for one. No quibbles, and no excuses.
