Easy to deal with, excellent service and quality product.
Really easy to compare devices on the site. Way cheaper than lots of other suppliers for a serious grade office shredder.
Good comms, and notification of the size of the unit that I had ordered.... Have to admit that I might have gone slightly overboard there but have a shredder that will survive in our office for years rather than the months that our current ones have lasted.

Shredder upgrade
Needed to upgrade my old shredder to one with a bit more 'umph'. I chose this company because of the many shredders available and good information about each machine on an easy to navigate website.

We had an issue with the machine that was delivered, called them and got through straight away and a replacement was sent out immediately. Very impressed with how helpful the person i spoke to was and how quickly all was resolved. replacement shredder works very well and is exceptional quiet.
