Perhaps not the bargain it first appeared
The laminator we bought from The Warehouse.com Ltd (what a mouthful!) is ok, but it makes a terrible smell when it is turned on.
Perhaps that's why it was half price.

Hi John. Thanks for your purchase and your review. We just wanted to reassure you that the smell from your laminator is perfectly normal for a brand new laminator and not a reflection of the price or quality of the item. This happens with all brand new units and it is caused by a slight production residue on the rollers burning off over the first few uses. Typically, this will cease after around 6 - 10 runs although it is dependent a little on how long the unit is switched on for each use. Speedy delivery. We ordered a further roll of film based on the type supplied in a previous order which had worked well with our printer.
However, although the same make of film was specified on the delivery note, a different make of film was supplied. We have yet to see if this different brand is compatible with our printer.

Binders I ordered not suitable for the Bindomatic system
Good timely delivery but the binders did not work for the system we have. We have a Bindomatic machine, so the website should be clearer on what thermal binding system the binders are suitable for.

Had expected next day delivery
Had expected next day delivery, but oil came one day and shredder two days later. I was phoned on the proposed day of delivery to ask if they could in fact deliver the following day. As it did not make much difference this was ok.
Not actually used yet as old shredder has started working again!!!
