I was purchasing a Weinracht H W 110 KT. For my husband as a surprise birthday present in August. I had ordered .1 77 then found it was. 22 needed. This was back in May.I rang as it happened they were waiting for wolfman to collect for delivery they were so good that they rushed and exchanged it as he was coming. I. am so pleased with their service and customer care. Very professional. Would definitely recommend. Very pleased with service.

Having been messed about by other companies and made to jump through hoops before they would take my order the Air Gun Centre was like a breath of fresh air. Not the cheapest but well worth the extra for the lifetime repairs/service warranty.
Most highly recommended!

Brilliant service from the Airgun Centre. I hadn't been to this place for nearly 40 years !!!! (when field-target shooting had only just become a "thing").
Anyway there's nothing better than a problem to show just how good you really are - I bought a top-end rifle from them and after 2 weeks it developed a problem, requiring it to be returned to the manufacturer - The team at The Airgun Centre just didn't quibble whatsoever and simply exchanged it for another brand new rifle they had in stock. They've got everything you need to the shelf (including stuff you didn't know you needed !!! :-)) and are extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
I also have to add to that the original scope I wanted was out of stock when I bought the rifle and so they had already upgraded it for me at no extra cost !!!
Note I haven't divulged the name and model of the rifle that developed a fault as that wouldn't be fair as it's the Airgun Centre that I'm reviewing here, and I'm sure the problem is far from common.

So I visited the airgun centre after ordering my new rifle ..what can I say apart from bloody awesome .proffessional, funny, attentive not only did the guys explain my rifle. Etc but Dan also threw in a hard case for free and a pack of targets .I would highly recommend these guys for your airgun needs ..this is my new go to.place for my shooting needs ..well done guys

Omfg what a fantastic outfit Kai sales person extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the pcp range and scopes (shame his leaving to pastures greener ) kitted my son out fill set up explaining every last detail
We have now had a few trips to these guys I bought a Hik micro 4 k yet again Kai excelled at all aspects today my r 10 shit itself bought it to ben (gun tech guy) and yet again yes mate no problem go have breakfast and come back
This is not normal a guy to repair a gun 1 week before Xmas when really busy but ben went the extra mile thanks all the staff brilliant

Absolutely brilliant service from Justin. There was a slight mix up in relation to my gun being delivered but a phone call to JUSTIN resolved the matter within minutes. Customer service is the best I’ve had with any company and although I did not ask or seek any compensation, he insisted on paying the RFD transfer fee!
The S510R package is fantastic, picked it up yesterday and I can’t recommend THE AIRGUN CENTRE highly enough. Really pleasant to deal with, nothing too much trouble and just a great experience.
If you are thinking about getting a rifle, I would recommend them in an instant.
I will definitely be using them for my future purchases. Thank you!!

I’ve just purchased 1 more gun to my collection, this one is the BSA CLX ultra, what a stunning looking piece,I’ve been looking for the walnut stock, but that doesn’t come around often,I was well surprised on the beach stock-every time I buy from the store,I’ve never been disappointed,from start to finish,it’s a pleasure to buy from the AirGun Centre,they are a top draw store to go too 👍👍

I recently had my air rifle repaired by The Air Gun Centre under their "Lifetime Warranty", something they have done a number of times for me over the years. I can't applaud The Air Gun Centre enough for their outstanding customer service. They are always bright and approachable and their after sales work is second to none. My air rifle had to be sent to the manufacturer for repair and it didn't seem to be any trouble to the guys at The Air Gun Centre. My air rifle was returned fully serviced and repaired with new parts. It feels like a new gun and I only paid the courier costs. Justin was the member of staff who dealt with me and he was brilliant. I THOROUGHLY recommend The Air Gun Centre as they are OUTSTANDING in my view. Thank you to ALL at The Air Gun Centre.

Been in store again today and met Ben who is one of the nicest and most helpful blokes regarding anything Airgun!, the help and service i received was 2nd to none and i really cannot recommend 'The Airgun Centre' and staff member Ben enough, go see for yourself (also ask Ben to show you his 'signature' Daystate custom rifle, all his own design and its mega!), Cheers 'The Airgun Centre' !!

Great experience buying my first air rifle. Steven had great advice and was able to answer all of my many questions. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered a Weihrauch HW97K on the 4th November and it was delivered early on the morning of 9th.
Communication was prompt and accurate by AGC and The Wolfman. Delivery was arranged prior to delivery and was spot on the time discussed. Rifle comes with a lifetime guarantee which gives me peace of mind for the future and on reading posts/reviews about the AGC the guarantee appears to be honoured without question. I am totally satisfied with the service from the AGC. Well Done!

Bought a new air rifle and kit, waited around in the store for pick up whilst they went through all the gun, how to re gas it etc with other customers. Then it's my turn I get it dumped on the counter in cardboard box and cheap looking case. It's not even removed from the bag to show me. Then when I asked about purchasing hard case I was looked at as though I couldn't afford it. Nice gun, shame about the service. Had I not pre ordered online I would have left and purchased elsewhere.
