I visited the Airgun Centre to drop in my incredibly old Air Arms S410 carbine for repair, it had started to lose pressure.

I also wanted to take a look at the Air Arms Galahad – SR as I fancied a bit of an upgrade. Service was first class from everyone I dealt with. My S410 was taken into the workshop immediately as they thought it would be a quick fix to a leaky top up valve. Turned out to be a bit more than that.

Meanwhile the Galahad – SR Carbine was so enticing I bought it immediately. What a cracking rifle, staggering accuracy and easy to adjust the Hawke Airmax 30 SF Compact sight for up/down and windage to the extent that at 50 - 60 yds I can put pellets in the bullseye every time even with the wind we have been having since I bought it. The rifle has a lovely two stage trigger action straight out of the box, which I find great for overcoming my normal trigger finger twitch. I could not be more pleased with the gun and the service I received from the Airgun Centre.

The S410? Fixed before I left the shop, two or three parts replaced including the top up valve and free of charge as I had made a purchase.

Ordered the 97K (Standard Beech) on the 20th may via the website (early hours) and they rung me a few hours later and ran through the whole process with me and they also rang me 3 days before the actual delivery which was saturday the 4th june and once again reiterated the process. Very professional service, very friendly. I knew before ordering that there would be a little wait no problem that's generally the way things pan out, normally a two week wait on average and they deliver on saturdays. The rifle was well packaged and looked after in transit and when opened it was given the once over no issues, the rifle by the way is amazing pictures don't do it justice top notch. Would thoroughly recommend The Airgun Centre as they price there stock competitively but that's not the kicker it's the service they provide after that's great, they have a lifetime guarantee, parts and labour should you have an issue, for example a couple of years in. A big thank you to everyone at the AGC!!!

Lifetime guarantee tested and passed in spades, total Kudos for AGC, as you hear it but is seldom seen.
If your looking for a new air rifle would highly recommend going to the store in person if you can as it's a definite destination for the enthusiast!

Terrible...don't waste your time or money...con artist at work here. Sell broken products and then tell you to prove it wasn't like that to begin with....
Open all guns and ask to see inside all moving parts apparently take a gun Smith with you so you don't get conned. Disgusting customer service and after sales.

The Airgun centre is, without a shadow of doubt, the best shop for our sport in the UK.
I stopped shooting over a decade ago when my local dealer closed. I recently decided to take up shooting again and all i need to say is this - if you go elsewhere to buy a gun, on the way home pop into your doctors and ask him/her if you are still sane, because if you do go elsewhere take a screwdriver because you must have a screw loose.

Just ask for Ben when you call or shop in store. This guy knows how to look after customers. Excellent comms when you leave an online message, always gets back to you and is very helpful. I’ve purchased a lot from these guys now because I’ve always been treated so well, alittle discount here and there goes along way.
I live in Kent and travel over to Essex to get my bits here. It’s worth the journey.

The best store ever for looking after you. I had an issue with my rifle, they sorted me out with a new one after several weeks of trouble caused by the importer not the store.
Ben and the team understand customer service and really do value your business, and you as a customer.

I'm pretty sure they'd be good in store, but as far as online orders go you'll get an automated response & no further communication, I know it's automated as I ordered late night & my reply was " its being processed", what a 1am, sure! No body tells you it's out of stock while your waiting for your purchase to turn up, silly mistake! They'll take your money quick though. They did refund when I asked for one. A simple out of stock notice would stop negative reviews!

There has been a huge gap in the market and The Air Gun Centre are to be commended for their innovation in designing and producing this stock extension at an affordable price.

I purchased a daystate Huntsman Buckmaster from Airgun Centre some 12 years ago and it needed replacement O rings fixed in a week and the service is awesome lifetime warranty and that says something.
Friendly people to do business with I can't recommend this team and shop enough 😊.

I've recently bought a few rifles from the shop so that my sons and I can shoot together. The service and advice I've received has been excellent. Great selection in stock and very fast turn around on all of my orders. I can't recommend highly enough!
