Superb experience with Ryan and his team. My alloys were badly curbed and they have brought them back to factory fresh. Easy to book and great service at a competitive price.

Thank you Ryan and team for the repair work on the scuffed alloy on my DB11. Despite being very busy they fitted me in the same week, the price was extremely reasonable, and it is impossible to see where on the wheel the original damage was located. Ryan also came back to the Workshop post closing on a Friday evening to hand back the car when I got stuck in traffic. Great service all round.

Unchartered territory for me and my mini! but Ryan was happy for me to visit the workshop and see examples of their work, with no pressure at all to book my car in.

On seeing their workmanship I was more than happy for them to carry out the work. My alloys were corroded and dinted from potholes, they now look like brand new wheels and I couldn't be more pleased!

Ryan and his team were super helpful and did a great job, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I got recommended to The alloy clinic by a fellow BMW enthusiast as I needed a set of 16" Alpina wheels sorted and refurbed. The quality of work Ryan has lavished on these wheels is incredible.
Excellent communication, very reasonable price, quality of work is superb and overall a lovely guy who takes pride in his work.

Fabulous service and experience - Ryan and his team re-coated the sad looking alloys on our Jeep with a lovely dark grey which has totally transformed the vehicle. They were helpful and obliging from the initial consultation through to collecting the vehicle; I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again - our thanks you all at The Alloy Clinic.

Do not use this company. The Alloy Wheel Clinic needs avoiding to prevent enormous disappointment, for endless reasons including the following points:
- They do not book your job into the diary
- They do not open on time
- They do not remember the price quoted prior to your arrival
- They do not answer the phone or respond to multiple voicemails
- They do not honour timescales quoted for job completion
- They chipped both of the wheels they worked on
- They left 9 out of 10 bolt covers on the bonnet which flew off when I drove away having forgotten to fit them
- They lost 1 bolt cover
- They lost 1 valve cap
- The costly wheel straightening service was rushed and failed, the wheels are worse than before and remain buckled
- They did not add new weights to either wheel as promised at the outset
- Upon returning to the site to search for the missing items, I was blanked
- A chargeback is now underway with the bank to recover funds paid
- Further reviews scheduled to warn others
