Look no further than the appliance medic. Was so easy to use and the engineer was so knowledgeable on a range of different makes of appliances. I have used this company three times and cannot recommend highly enough. They even advised when the repair cost would not be cost effective. I would not use anyone else.
I had an oven that kept tripping the fuse out so I called the Derby office and spoke to Amy about the possibility of a repair. After saying that it was bought in France and wasn't a mainstream UK make, Amy asked if she could do some research to see if they could source parts if they were needed after the £35 diagnosis visit.
This was super considerate as Amy didn't want for me to pay £35 only to not have them fix it and therefore not be refunded the diagnostic fee. After the research done, the parts would have all needed to come from the continent so would have potentially been very expensive to repair.
This honesty and consideration is why I'm writing this review because I feel that kind of service needs recgnition.
