I ordered one (1) replacement grille for my 2007 jeep grand cherokee but at the end of the transaction your company charged my card for the price of two (2) parts! There is no "cancelation" button so now I must be inconvenienced because of your error.

Definitely don’t buy anything here. Customer service sucks. They hang up on you and send you not the part in the pictures. They don’t send return labels. You end up over paying. You can get cheaper better part with a warranty at your local automotive store. Pradeep Movva is the guy that is doing bd business. Sent part back after 3 weeks asking for return label. Now the part was delivered by usps on 8/10/24. Sent emails and called to get my refund now they don’t want to give me my $232 dollars back

The initial delay happened for us to check with the manufacturer on the color of the part, later we issued return label and then you sent the part back. It is only after we receive the part back and upon thorough inspection of the part by the warehouse we processed the refund on 13th of August. Your refund is processed and settled to your cc bank on 13-Aug-2024 18:47:50 EDT. From the date of settlement you cc bank would take min 5-7 business days to deposit the refund to your cc account. Since the refund is settled with your cc bank, you would have to contact your cc bank if you don't see the refund in your account in 5-7 business days. One bad review would cost us a lot and throw is from the ladder which we are struggling to climb, but still we need to follow the procedure to provide you the best service. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience happened. Thank you.
