Called
Called, had part checked for availability over the phone. Told it was there, then after I got charged, 2 days later get an email saying not available. When someone makes a phone call to check the part and then told later that it is not available, there becomes a problem, which is why the lowest rating.

Dear Customer, apologies for the inconvenience. Yes the stock is there when you called but there is 24hrs by the time you placed the order and it got processed. Due to the demand of the parts some parts go out of stock very quickly. In your case when you called we have 8 of them in stock but all of them were sold out by the time we processed your order.
