Ordered off this store twice now and on both occasions I've received my order in timely fashion and all of the product purchased were correct and in good order.

Despite the lock down situation both of my orders seem to have gotten through in the space of time they normally would.

I've discovered tubing tobacco through this store and have now switched from regular rolling tobacco so will be back every month for 200g of Brookfield!

This is my first order with Black Swan which I placed on 22nd May and received on 23rd May. The range of products is exceptional, are all of good quality at very reasonable prices. I purchased 'loose tobacco' and it is fresh and so different from pre-packed. I'm looking forward to my next order which will definitely not be my last. If you are deliberating as to whether to place an order, just do it!!! you will not be disappointed.

Excellent tobacconists, great range of everything the pipe smoker needs. Ordered on Saturday delivered first thing Monday morning.

And it's just like smoking real cigs from a packet. But cheaper and far more convenient.

Brilliant service throughout the Coronavirus crisis. They supply my tobacco which isn’t easily accessible locally to me. The order process is simple and despatch is exceptionally quick considering the current situation. I have placed two orders so far, the most recent being yesterday and have already received the despatch notice. Brilliant.
