professional of Mr Taj Uddin

Instructed Mr Taj Uddin. He pointed out the weaknesses in my case and how this will be used by the opposition. Explained how to overcome these weaknesses at the hearing. He fought my corner strenuously. Very happy with the result of the hearing. I intend to use his professional service in the near future. Sadiye from Stuart and Co Solicitors

Pre-Action protocol success

Arthur Blake’s knowledge, wit, patience (with me), and most especially his advice and guidance to lead the way through a very messy set of events, and turn a sorry matter into a sharply focussed assessment and letter, was truly eye-opening for me.

The result of Arthur’s work has been invaluable to me - a Justice Review was averted - the institution who had served me very badly (by glossing over a formal complaint) capitulated and agreed to look at the matter again. Thank you to Arthur and all at Clerksroom.

Joanne Phillipson

Joanne Phillipson was amazing, she went above and beyond for my case. The level of detail and cross examining was brilliant. I have instructed numerous legal advisors in my family case, and I have to say they have been appalling. Joanne on the other hand is someone you want and need in your corner. She fought hard in my case, i honestly thought I was fighting a losing battle. Thank you for your amazing service.

Great service

I instructed James Stonehouse to represent a protected party for me. James was very patient with my client and his family in explaining the approval hearing process to them, and settlement was approved without a hitch.
Would use again

Sunny Virk did a great job at Trial representing the Defendant and was successful in dealing with a last minute application. He is very quick thinking and presents the client's case in the best light. He has the ability to read the Judges well. He is very commercial in his thinking and achieved the best outcome commercially for the client. Would recommend.

Review of Barrister Paul O’Callaghan.

This review has been posted by the son of the person who hired Paul O’Callaghan.

For a full detailed review of my experience with Paul O’Callaghan, google his name within the next 48 hours, and you will find a post detailing everything. (Not allowed to post links in the trust pilot review).

Updates will be posted to the reddit thread. Follow my page!!

I wanted to share my experience with barrister Paul O'Callaghan, who offered to draft grounds of appeal for me for a fee of £2,820. However, when he delivered the document, I found it to be very generic and not in compliance with the relevant practice direction for the Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT). Moreover, he failed to provide any explanation for why the appeal was so short and generic. In fact, he purposely omitted quotes from the EAT practice direction in his email, which made it seem like he had done more work than he had. This is explained in detail on the reddit thread.

When I pointed out the errors in the appeal and asked for improvements, it became clear through our back-and-forth communication that he did not have the ability to improve upon it. As a result, I had to write and submit the appeal myself.

After this experience, I wrote to Paul to request a refund and explained my reasons for doing so. He offered a partial refund of £540, which I refused. Instead, I told him that I would leave a review of my experience with him online. Paul O’Callaghan threatened legal action if I were to post a negative review of him. I advised him that the review I post will be completely truthful and can be corroborated by emails and the work he produced, so I have nothing to worry about.

I have submitted a complaint to Clerks-room regarding Paul O'Callaghan, having already complained directly to Paul and he failed to be honest regarding his failings for the services he did not provided. My post will have a live update, of everything that occurs.
