We recently had our bathroom completely refurbished by The bathroom and Shower Centre in Partick and we are delighted with it. From the initial visit by Adrian, giving excellent advice and a very reasonable quote, to the completion of the project the next entire works were undertaken with the utmost professionalism. Led by head bathroom designer Gerry , the team were fantastic, always punctual, very hardworking, and respectful of our home. The finished bathroom looks fabulous, I love it and would not hesitate to recommend them.

OUTSTANDING QUALITY AND ACCURATE COSTS ESTIMATE!

At the start of November, 2021 I had a major problem with my shower unit in my bathroom leaking, and decided it was time to get a new unit and upgrade the bathroom.

I hunted around the internet for a LOCAL firm that could undertake this work and found many firms offering to do this at what seemed reasonable prices, but I was concerned that none seemed to receive five-star reviews. This was especially true of those who had paid advertising spots in the Google reviews.

Eventually I came across The Bathroom and Shower Center in Partick and popped into their showroom to see what was on offer. I liked what I saw and so they arranged for Gerry – Their Head Bathroom Fitter who had been fitting luxury bathrooms with them for over 12 years, to pop round and look at my bathroom. He discovered that the existing shower unit was slipping off the wall and was leaking quite seriously.

After inspection, he invited me back to the shop to pick the shower type, plus sink and cabinet fittings I wanted. He also arranged for a temporary seal on the existing shower.

He then provided me with an estimate for the complete job, and while this was slightly more than I had initially planned, my main concern was they would probably not be able to undertake this work till February 2022! This was due to the popularity of the firm and a waiting list for work.

Fortunately, they were able to bring this forward to the start of the New Year.

The work took almost two weeks to complete and included removal of asbestos panelling, a complete re-tiling of the floors, and a vinyl floor covering. During the work there ws an issue with a small leak somewhere in the piping which they managed to resolve.

The quality of the workmanship was outstanding, and the team of plumbers/electricians/tilers were amazing and friendly.

The best bit for me was when the final bill came through on the day of completion, it was exactly as per the estimate.

I found in dealing with them that they would never deliver anything they could not promise.

For outstanding service and quality workmanship the Bathroom and Shower Centre is the tops.
