I purchased all the furniture for my daughters bedroom from The Bedroom Shop including a hand made bed, double wardrobe and chest of drawers. Their website was easy to use and they kept me informed of the status of my furniture at all times. The quality of their furniture is exceptionally high - it is all very solid and arrives fully assembled so no need to build anything once it's delivered.
I would highly recommend them to anybody.

Great Value for money, great product would recommend to friends and family

Wardrobe ordered 10th October, to be delivered unglued and to be made up for me for an additional cost of £25
Had to chase for the receipt. Had to call as they failed to answer my email checking they would actually take it upstairs.
It was delivered already assembled and glued. So they took it back.
Had to chase for a replacement. Chase for a delivery date. Tried to cancel as could get it cheaper and quicker elsewhere.
Took another day off work - second one delivered and put together but so badly. There were screws sticking out of the top and back, the plinth was cracked and the doors don't meet.
After a week of trying to get someone to tell me what was going on I lost it and demanded they remove it and refund me.
It took a week for them to arrange for that to happen and it will finally be taken away 2 weeks after delivery - at least I hope so.
Let's hope the refund is made that same day....
Re-ordered the same wardrobe from elsewhere and it is being delivered within 5 days of ordering.
Things go wrong - I totally accept that but so many things and mainly service-related, with one single item of furniture. Never again.

Would certainly recommend this company. Furniture is such high standard and at reasonable prices. Delivery was brilliant and couldn't fault anything.

Can't praise this company enough, really. We ordered some units in the Pembroke white grain finish. Very reasonable price for a very good finish.
Customer services couldn't have been more helpful and the items were delivered in no time at all. Absolutely top class and excellent all round. Will certainly use this company again. Wish all the companies we deal with were as efficient and co-operative as this one. Well done.

Having been badly let down with another company, I telephoned The Bedroom Shop yesterday to order a bedroom suite. I chose the colour and the man said, "When do you want it"?. I said ASAP as I have been let down. "What about this morning" ? he says. Couldn't believe it. Within a few minutes someone rang back for the card details and within 2 hours it had been delivered by their own exceptionally polite 2 man van, and on a bank holiday weekend to boot!.
The furniture is not flat pack quality, but already assembled excellent quality furniture. Thank you so much for all you have done. I would recommend this company to anybody. Delivery was to Lytham by the way

We got our new oak kingsize bed from The Bedroom Shop and to say we are happy with it is an understatement. It's well made, solid and nicely finished, it fits in perfect with our room. We also got a pocket sprung memory foam mattress. Only ever having 'normal' mattress before this we could only rely on the advice we were given, so glad we did, it's comfy, it hardly moves when the other half gets up in the night.

To top our satisfaction at the bed and mattress, I can't speak highly enough of the genuine, honest advice we received whilst we were choosing our bed and mattress. They were happy to discuss the pro's and con's of their different mattress and bed styles. We even visited their warehouse/showroom where we could try out some of the range (we didn't stay the night).

When it came to delivery they were able to deliver so as to fit in with our new decorating and carpeting. the delivery guy was friendly and courteous (unlike some of the bigger companies we've dealt with). He even phoned us to let us know he was on his way.

In summary, we got a great quality bed and mattress, at a fantastic price, best of all we get a great nights sleep. I would and have happily recommended The Bedroom Shop to friends and family knowing that they will be looked after.

The paint quality is the best we've seen and using a british manufacturer certainly made the difference here.

We have always bought flat packed furniture in the past as we thought it was always going to be the cheaper option on a budget.

However not only was the quality of the bedroom wardrobes excellent, its wasnt flat packed, came delivered and worked out cheaper!!

Will be using these guys again.

Had had a bad time when no goods and no refund when a company online went bust...I was very wary about ordering again from someone else...But NO PROBLEMS. Only took 10% dep until day before del. took less than 4 weeks to del. good customer service ...2 man del...very good what more can I say Prices excellent ...
