The phone was good value for money
The phone was good value for money. However, clearing of settings from previous owner was incomplete and I had to spend a lot of time to clear the permissions so that my son could use the phone properly.

Our family only use Big Phone Store. If the phone you want is not in stock then you can put a tag on it and they will email you when it comes back in. Very useful if you are not in a rush.

The whole experience of buying and selling a phone to these guys was brilliant from start to finish. The condition of the phone I bought was way above what I expected. Since this first part went so well I decided to sell my old phone to them, I filled in a few details about my phone packed it into the pre paid package they sent with my new phone. As soon as they received my phone I was paid the exact price promised. I will definitely be using these guys again the next time I need a new phone.

We cannot charge a customer's card without the cardholder completing their bank's security checks, such as 3D Secure or a one-time passcode (OTP) approval. This authorisation must be completed by the cardholder before any payment can be processed.
We are also unable to locate any orders under your name. If you have never placed an order with us, we would not have access to your card details. Even if we did have a customer's card details, we would never engage in any illegal or unauthorised activity of this nature.
If you believe your card has been used fraudulently, we recommend contacting your bank immediately so they can investigate. If you have any information that would help us identify the transaction, please contact us directly and we'll be happy to look into it.

Looked like new!
The phone arrived next day well packaged and looking as described in pristine condition!
Was very happy upon looking at the battery health and finding the phone was just over 2 years old 298 charge cycles and 93%.
My only fault so far after two weeks and four charges the percentage has dropped to 91%.Hopefully this will not fall again until its had a lot more charges.
