This guy writes for the sake of writing
This guy writes for the sake of writing, he does not care about the results people get or not with his products.
I bought the Superfunctinoal Training Ebook expecting some easy-to-read, well-laid-out information.
This is not what you get. It's long-winded, not very well put together or easy to read, it misses outs a lot of information where it's needed like the workouts pages are quite lazily put together and leave you guessing with more questions and there are no example exercises or expansion of the workout or diet information, the diet/meal plans are sparse and boring with no alternative offered, just one option.
It is blatantly obvious this guy writes for himself, he bores the reader with too many words and too much detail on things that do not matter, I do not need to know how to brain operates at such a detailed level.
I have qualifications in this field and I zoned out and found the information boring, it was too long and detailed in the parts that do not matter and not enough detail in the parts that do.
If your a gym bunny then maybe, just maybe, you might get something out of this, if you can find the information that is in all the boring fluff, but for us Calisthenics guys, it's no good at all.
He assumes everyone wants to lose weight, has money to spare on lots of expensive equipment or memberships, and access to a gym or a huge garden.
A typical entitled middle-class twerp who is so disconnected from the harsh reality of working-class Britain and the financial constants of a lot of people in this country, who want better health and fitness, but don't or can't pay for it, so they use calisthenics or some home-based workouts instead.
In conclusion, it's boring, it's written to show the knowledge and research of the writer rather than for the reader, some sections could seriously be reduced massively and others desperately need expanding like the workouts and technicals. It's like the guy ran out of motivational writing it and went too much in at the beginning and got lazy at the end.
