First time ordering a labret stud - looking elsewhere I didn't understand what was what. This website clearly explained different lengths, widths and fastenings - showing what would fit into what and what not to use for a new piercing. Perfect site, easy ordering and fast delivery. The only tiny glitch was that the order was in a small plastic bag which was stapled to the invoice - removing this made a hole in the bag and due to the tiny size of the jewellery, some fell out! But, like I said, a tiny problem which wouldn't put me off!
