Ordered 50mg patches 8 days ago no confirmation email, still not received goods and no reply to email sent via their website. Strange as used many times before without issue so perhaps now have a problem. Still shouldn't be taking money if gone out of business, now going to try and get money back through credit card company, would avoid now.
Had an email apologising for there admin error and are now dispatching the order, will keep you informed.

We use your patches full strength as my wife has arthritis of the spine and they really help and your service is easy to use and is very speedy,I highly recommend the botanical garden .

Excellent product it’s early days but having been a CBD user for some time I’m aware of what to expect and this ticks all the boxes so far and is very good value for money, I would recommend for aching joints to help with sleep also menopause it really has so many natural benefits

Placed an order for 3 items that were in stock they cost £63 each but when I went to checkout there was no charge for the 3 items,i completed my order and got a email with my statement and order number it's been weeks now and order on site says processing, I have email customer service about my order still no reply they should have still honoured the order it's not my fault I wasn't charged

The service and product great.The patches stay on securely for the 24 hours .I been using them 5 days with hip problems and first thoughts they are helping with pain but I know with the hot weather that may have helped aswell .So will up date in a few weeks but so far so good

This company doesn’t appear to have a Customer Service I have sent them two emails regarding my order and have had no response. I purchased 30 -30mg patches as they were on offer. What I received was a pack where the patches were all stuck together and I couldn’t separate them without them being spoilt. There was supposed to be five strips of six patches I got three which were ok but the rest I couldn’t separate and there was not six on each. So infact I received eighteen, maybe this was why they were on offer. The patches are good and do work, but I can’t recommend the company.

I have osteoarthritis right hip & knee awaiting hip replacement surgery. High strength patches help with pain but only for 12yrs at a time but as I am in so much pain any relief helps.

The patches are great and work well to alleviate pain, but I find placing the patch on the specific area works the best for pain relief.

Love these patches, both 15mg and 30mg. They really help, almost instantly, and effect lasts at least 24hrs, but mostly I keep them on for 36-48hrs anyway. Items always been delivered promptly. Thanks BG.

I have been a regular customer of The Botanical Garden Company , had no complaints until recently.
I purchased 2 bottles of CBD active plus on offer at a reduced price. I only received one so sent emails and left voice messages asking for my order to be corrected. I never received a response.
I had recommended this Company to several of my friends, however due to poor customer service i would not continue to do this.

Best products I've come across and great friendly personal service, I highly recommend to everyone
