Ordered a case of wine and asked to delay shipping until weather was cooler. They shipped right away...and to my billing address (no one to receive) instead of my shipping address. The wine spent at least three days in a hot van while delivery attempted. Bottle House confirmed wine was not shipped in a temperature-controlled container. Since the wine is compromised, I no longer want it. They are refusing refund.
