* since writing this review, I was indeed refunded. Perhaps this is what triggered my refund :-) anyways, my kid does love the products. Just don’t order something you don’t want…*
So disappointing.. We paid to return a product and despite following up DOZENS of times, never received a refund. They finally claimed the order was refunded, but there was NO REFUND on my credit card, and they did not offer proof that they indeed processed a refund. WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY. Not ordering from them again.

Ordered a set for my sons birthday and it was never delivered. USPS tracking status read, “returned to sender.” When I reached out to Brick Armory about having the item resent or my money refunded, they ignored my first few attempts to get in touch, only to eventually respond with resending me the tracking number - which I already had. Since then they have completely ignored any attempt I have made to get in touch, my money not returned, and the item unsent…Not to mention leaving me with a severely disappointed birthday boy. It’s a scam. Avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered several sets of models for my grandsons Christmas presents. I was wary of ordering so close to Christmas, but my grandsons really loved these sets!
The communication from the company was excellent, when I emailed to add to my order, they fulfilled all my requests.
I received notification that the items.had been delivered just before Christmas, but I had not received them! After scouring the neighborhood for similar addresses, I was at my wits end. I emailed the Brick Armory and they suggested the parcels are sometimes left in the local post boxes, so we checked and there they were!
My grandsons are over the moon with their gifts, and.they are really very impressive and detailed.

There is very little communication from the Seller. I have order computer parts that have came within 2 weeks and this company I haven’t received my package over 2 months and still waiting for it. I’m aware it during a Pandemic. Birthday present gone horribly wrong.
They’re not selling out of the U.S., their domain name is from Canada but their Shipping- Return address is Spain.
