There was an issue with a partnered brand whom had not shipped my item for over a week. I reached out to Calm Leaf's support and they got back within 24 hours. They immediately explained what they were doing to help my issue, (reaching out to the partnered brand) and kept a line of communication open with me until my problems were resolved! After not hearing back from the partnered brand, they offered me a replacement dab instead to be shipped pronto. Ironically, immediately after that email the original product got shipped, regardless though they still shipped me the additional dab for all my troubles. I really appreciate the fast, effective, and transparency involved in their customer support! Justin K. was the customer support representative I corresponded with.
