Lovely product

Lovely product. Took awhile to be posted and I hadn’t heard anything so I emailed. It was then sent out that day. This is my third product from you guys and it’s lovely. Unfortunately for me, I didn’t get the background colour the same as my first order which disappointed me a little - however that was my error. Thank you for great service.

Horrible experience

I ordered the following frames below and have received them both damaged as per attached images.

*Forest Stream (Square) By Ivan
*Sunday on la Gande Jatte

It's been nearly 2 weeks and nothing has been done about it yet.

The process of exchanging and replacing a damaged item is such a pain and I highly recommend not to purchase from this company again.

They haven't even bothered calling me to apologise or offer a full refund. It's all delayed emailed communication which is so slow and poor.

Thank you for the way my art work was…

Thank you for the way my art work was packaged - so carefully and secure. I liked the clear instructions on the outside of the packaging in case of product damage. Also the delivery time was excellent. My art work looks great and several people have commented on it. ❤

Amazing

Our wonderful piece of art arrived within a month which we think is great during covid.. the piece is beautiful and we love the size.. we could not be happier with our purchase, ordering and payment very easy.. only one problem, there are too many others I want, must purchase lol.. 10/10.. thankyou and we will be back..

Dreamtime Tree

The quality of workmanship in the bracing and framing of the artwork is excellent.
The Picture itself is exxactly what I required and the updates were great as I knew where the product was at every step from receipt of order right through to delivery

I love my canvas

I love my canvas, it was exactly what I ordered and arrived undamaged and in good time. Only thing was that I did not know when it was coming and so it was left at my door so it would have been good to have a notification, but that would be the only little negative.
