Well worth a wait and a bit of extra cash to have the photo reviewed. When it was acceptable it didn't take long to arrive. It was perfection and can't stop admiring the cushion with fabric very soft and cuddly. Communication regular and fast. Would highly recommend.

The staff were very helpful, I sent the wrong image and they fixed the problem straight away for me & the quality of the print is fantastic.
