Overall good, though a couple of negatives. Ordering and paying process easy. Ordered on a Saturday. Delivery is supposed to be next working day. DPD said they were still waiting for the parcel the following Tuesday. I rang CW but had difficulty getting through - included a 15 minute wait as number 1 in the queue. When I did get through Michelle was great and assured me the problem was with DPD and parcel had been collected. Parcel arrived following day.

I ordered parts on behalf of a customer. The customer cancelled. Luckily I called first thing, Michelle answered and stopped the order going out with seconds to spare. Saving me money. Thanks Michelle for your quick actions and fantastic attitude.

Fantastic customer service, previously visited Glossop's who were not a patch on this small run family business. Excellent new van, great trade in for our van and having family purchased previously know of the great after service highly recommend stay away from bigger companies you get much less care.

The part was dispatched very quickly unfortunately the courier lost the package. The communication with caravan warehouse was brilliant even had a call after delivery to confirm everything was okay

I placed an order for a part from the caravan warehouse on 17/11/25. It did state it was out of stock but allowed me to pay. My issue is that although I have emailed once (their given email address was not recognised) and used their contact form twice I still haven’t had any reply. The telephone just states all their lines are busy. Communication from them is poor which is disappointing as I have used them in the past with no issues.

Furious…had my order delivered today, all bed legs missing. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Update had an email from someone called Kelly who stated that they would send legs out but if the package was damaged and I accepted it they wouldn’t beable to help us. I explained the courier left all the goods outside not even with a note so this was an issue with the contracted courier or them. I’ve reminded Kelly of the obligations in consumer rights act 2015 which she clearly needs to freshen up on.

We needed a new ceiling vent and frame for our static van. I found this brilliant company online which had the part we needed.
We ordered it and within 2 days this item was delivered. It was packed very well. I felt this was such a great service. Straight forward ordering system and payment online which delivery was included. I would recommend this company. I will use them again in the future knowing how reliable and a brilliant they are. Ordered a pullout bed over phone as I wanted to specify the delivery day. Unfortunately the website wouldn't allow this. I spoke to a couple of sales assistants who were really helpful. They were able to delay the delivery for a day that I requested. Really helpful and considerate at all times. Many thanks 😊

What a brilliant company to deal with very helpful and professional. The mattress we bought is really good quality and so many choices of sizes. Delivery next day if in stock. Will definitely use them again.

LOVE THE CARAVAN WAREHOUSE. I PREFER TO GO IN IN PERSON TO BUY. LADY IN OFFICE IS LOVELY. GUYS ON THE FLOOR VERY HELPFUL AND POLITE. ANYTHING IVE HAD TO RETURN NO BOTHER. JUST A GREAT COMPANY.

I purchased a 'short' (1900mm long) 3ft wide caravan bed for a rented property for a tenant, where owing to the presence of a skirting boards at either end a standard 2000mm bed would just not fit. The bed arrived on time and fits well (Happy Tenant!). Just one thing - I didn't realise that the legs were not made of metal but made of plastic (whether that was my fault in not seeing it on your web site, or the fact that you did not mention it - I don't know. According to my tenant one leg was broken on receipt, but she contacted your firm direct and a free replacement was swiftly received. Many thanks.

Ordered lots of products over the years always a quick reliable service, last order got mixed up by the delivery company but the caravan warehouse staff really put the effort in to sort everything out great communication and got it all sorted.

Beware if needing to return items with this Company.
Wall panels were returned by ourselves as we had ordered the incorrect size. They were very securely wrapped using the packaging that they were delivered to us in plus extra. Our driver, a trusted member of staff is adamant that they were all in good condition when returned.
It took the company a whole month to suddenly decide that they were all damaged and that no refund could be made😡
Very unhelpful we certainly won't be using again

i needed to replace some cover strips in our mobile home but didnt know what colour they matched it for me and deliverd in 3 days very helpfull and exalent service would highley recomend them

We Brought a caravan mattress, because I am severely disabled and I tried to find a mattress that would suit me and I found your website and when I rang you up I found the most helpful Lady and she was very sympathetic to my problem so I went ahead and purchased the mattress a double and it came the very next morning as promised and I am so pleased to say, It is the best mattress I have found for my disabilities thank you so much for being such a caring and helpful company. My order and questions were dealt with quickly and the order came the next day as promised. I also received a refund on an out of stock item within 24hrs. I can't fault their service. Very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
