Shockingly bad
Arranged an appointment to see one of their cars, drove all the way there to find a couple of industrial lock ups. No one was there. I called the number to be told the car had been sold !
I would not consider buying a car from here.

Dodgey Aggressive Dealer
Dodgey dealer, don't use. Told me I could place a 'fully refundable' deposit to hold a vehicle while I checked finance. Four days later when I advised I would not proceed, he asked me to send my personal bank account details via SMS to receive the refund (which is in breach of Australian Privacy Legislation); told me a cancellation fee would now be charged (sending T&C fine print for a contract I never saw or signed); refused to make a secure payment using PayId to my mobile phone; refused to call me to get my bank details over the phone; then threatened me. Stay away, this business should be shut down.
Lol just watched the video on YouTube…
Lol just watched the video on YouTube of the guy who paid the company $51,000 dollars for a car that the company took out from his bank account but refused to give him the car they kept from him for 7 days lol. I commented saying he should sue them for everything they have and get them closed down for good for theft of someone's hard earned money. Would never trust this company with my money 💰
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I dealt with Mike who took me for a test drive. The car was a great deal, I kept asking him why, he said he didn't know, maybe because of the colour (it was brown). He showed me the CarFax which showed an accident with $1600 damage, then took the CarFax back. I bought the car, took it home, then found out there was an accident with almost $20K DAMAGE that Mike failed to disclose. I shouldn't have trusted him, but he only showed me the portion of the report with the $1600 damage. I then realized that someone at the dealership INITIALLED THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT WHERE MY INITIALS SHOULD HAVE GONE, without my knowledge or permission. After contacting OMVIC and getting legal advice, I gave the owner the option of returning this car and purchasing another from them. More lies, more run-around. Twice they said it would be ready and twice it wasn't. The obnoxious, deceitful owner lied over and over to OMVIC, and I proved that he lied every time. The obnoxious, deceitful salesman Mike was arrogant, uncooperative and aggressive to the point that I was going to call the police. They finally took the car back and gave me a refund. OMVIC made reference to the dealership being audited, so I still have all the evidence of everything that happened if they need it. Absolute nightmare.
I needed a car for my wife and Pat…
I needed a car for my wife and Pat helped me find the perfect one! I purchased a vehicle for myself a few years ago and had good luck with Pat and his business so I went back. We financed and he found us the company with the best rates. My wife loves her car! Thank you Pat.
Worst service ever!!!!!!
They didn't even act like they wanted my money lol like he was to worried about going to lunch to sell me a car I was told to hold on while he talked on phone poor poor service not welcoming probly cause I was in my work clothes they thought I was poor didn't even ask me to sit down while I waited or anything rude people
Worst cars sales man in the world
We found a car and were prepared to buy on the day, had cash with us. The car drove nice and we were happy. As when you buy a second hand car, you want to have it checked out to make sure your not buying a lemon for your peace of mind. The owner (Michael) would not let it be checked out by a independent person. His words were “I don’t want someone else putting s*^ton my car,” We had to pay a deposit on the car to have it inspected..
when talking to this Michael there was a few things we picked that needed fixing and he did the second hand sales man thing of yeah it’s cause it was not driven for a while. It will be fine in a few weeks…. He took me as a dumb female and didn’t give me the time of day. How ever I was correct and he was taking s*#t. He would not negotiate at all and rudely said if you want it you will take it if not someone else will take it.
This Michael was rude, a pig, arrogant, and I think a bit bi- polar
But on the other hand we should thank him for being a not very nice person as we kept looking for cars and we found a even better car for a better price. I would never recommend this car yard
I would like to address the other…
I would like to address the other reviews I see on here , I'm not sure why it's so low , I personally have purchased 2 vehicles, 1 for my mother , which she has paid off , @ 5.9 % 3 years, the one an only problem they fixed for free.
I bought a car and it's been great!!!!! If anything goes wrong they are quick to fix with their personal mechanic . I really can't say enough about my experience at car connection an recommend to friends an family. #goodpeoples
Exactly what your parents warned you about!
I have heard about the practices used by "Used" car dealers and found my gem of a story on the reasons to stay away from them.
-The salesman Byan Olds seemed like a pretty legit guy. I am not sure if he knew the car had five pounds of makeup covering up her ugly issues. I will give him the benefit of the doubt.
-I purchased a 2013 Subaru Outback that had plenty of miles on it. Very understandable for the price we paid. The car looked in great working order and made a clean test drive. I give the mechanics a thumbs up on making these cars look and sound great long enough to get off the lot.
- Rust was at a acceptable level from the visual stand point if the vehicle is not on a shop's lift. Once I took the car to my trusted mechanic, the lipstick came off the pig. My Mechanic found clear evidence of rust poorly painted over. Undercarriage and engine compartment had overspray from what looks like black paint from a spray can. Major parts of the engine, mounts, pulleys and suspension were painted over with no attempt to remove the rust first. A true example of a lazy attempt at corrosion prevention.
-The car-fax showed no evidence of accidents. The first evidence to show I should have dug deeper was the rear left quarter panel. It was peeled up enough that the broken clips holding it in place were visible. My mechanic found that the whole rear bumper must have been replaced. The rear trunk lid was misaligned. There are gaps that have me wondering if the frame might even be warped. The exhaust pipe does not clear the cut out in the plastic bumper so it has melted from the heat. Not sure if that is a fire hazard. I guess the only silver lining is, that if it does catch fire, my awesome insurance will replace the car.
- The exhaust has a broken heat shield that is holding on with one non rusted bolt. It did not rattle with the initial test drive. Once we got the car on the highway it sounded like it was bouncing off the exhaust. The entire exhaust system will need to be replaced so I figure that will be a great time to also replace the heat shield.
- I did call the manager or owner after my mechanic looked at the vehicle. The state of Washington only considers a car a lemon if it is sold from a reputable detailer. "As is" is a thing. The manager had zero intention of taking the car back, so that was already a sign of the customer service I should have expected. He did offer to have his mechanic(the same ones that painted over the rust to hide it) look at it and fix any safety issues. I guess they can only be sued if the car has obvious safety issues.
-If you have to deal with a company like this, please do yourself a service and read the reviews on Google and similar pages. I had the unlucky circumstance, that COVID did not allow for my Mechanic to look the car over until three weeks later. Yes it might be a pain in the butt to have the car brought into the mechanic(even if it is theirs) so they can put it on a lift, it might save you the headache and money it will take to fix the problems. Those kind of decisions are easy. Just pass on the car. If you know you are getting a junker and are o.k. with paying for one, this is your place.
Bias everywhere
This website tends to review with a lot of bias on varies makes and models. I NEVER trust their opinions alone since they often clash with other reviews and owner reviews.
NOTICE NO RECENT REVIEWS IN 5 YEARS
HAS ANY ONE NOTICED THAT ALL THESE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FROM 5 YEARS AGO. AND NOTHING CURRENT FOR LAST YEAR 2019 ?????? MAKES ME WONDER.
Clueless Writers?
It seems a lot of the writers are quite clueless in their own profession. Many of the reviews seem biased, inaccurate, or simply false. I find myself always fact checking after reading one of their pieces. Stick to more trusted resources.
Rating 2015 Luxury Cars
I find it ODD that your opinion on several Luxury Cars is in complete disagreement with the TRUSTED Consumer Reports ratings. As in the BMW 7 series & the Cadillac's & the Mercedes Benz S class. They MAY be Luxury Cars but not worth the money according to Consumers.
Great resource for latest car-related news
