Lovely combination of cheeses and all very much to my taste.
marvellous cheeses but they arrived in a non-recylable foiled pouch so have to mark them down for that.

Staff and team were extremely helpful ensuring my order was delivered the next day, can't thank them enough!
The Website worked well, great photos. A nice touch was being able to set the start time ahead.
I ordered a Lincolnshire cheese selection for delivery as a present. The Cheese Society’s service was excellent - the cheese, the speed of processing the order and their communication were first rate. There was a problem with the delivery which was the fault of the courrier - the Cheese Society were in touch with me very regularly and they have recently decided to change their courrier service provider to ensure a better delivery service in the future.
Ordered as a gift, arrived on time, well packaged. Thoroughly enjoyed by the recipient

Great selection of cheeses and had to change delivery date and got a great response no hassle. Twice bought cheeses as gifts now. Excellent service and really like the website

After my initial delivery issues out of there control, the problem was soon rectified with great delight. Excellent company to deal with and the cheese is fantastic, looking forward to placing my next order.

Another brilliant experience with The Cheese Society. The selection of cheese and snacks are delicious, and arrived well packaged with cool packs. The package was slightly delayed (fault of the courier, not The Cheese Society) but someone from their team took the time to send a personalised note with information about this. Delighted and will happily purchase from The Cheese Society again.

My experience aligned with your website promise. Well done
excellent products ,very well presented and easy and quick delivery
Your cheese is always marvellous to receive, however the Gruyère was somewhat underripe and didn’t do justice to the fondue. The other cheeses were fab.

I wanted to add items to my order and the person i spoke to was most helpful. The order was delivered well packed and at the time stated.
I ordered some cheese from The Cheese Society and the parcel arrived late. The customer service I received from Lucie, the company's owner was first rate and I will definitely be ordering from them again.
Delicious cheese. Spoilt now for choosing any other than the Cheese Society. Good communication and prompt delivery. I can highly recommend.
I received a gift token for £25.00. I went though the list and chose cheeses that were priced per 100g, (about 4 oz) which is a reasonable price quantity for a taster. Our £25.00 would have purchased about 10 different cheeses. When we went to place the order, we got a nasty surprise and found that although the stated price was "per 100g", you could not order 100g, instead the minimum order was 250g. That reduced our initial selection from 10 to 4. We then got another nasty surprise when at the very end of the ordering process, we found that £6.50 was added for P&P. In the end we had to add more than £7 to our gift token, which made the four cheeses we had selected very expensive indeed compared with our local fine cheese shop which does allow purchases of 100g quantities. They were good cheeses that we are still enjoying, but we will still be eating them when they have passed their best because of the large minimum quantities. Serious improvements in information presentation are sorely needed. I certainly would not offer a gift token to anybody else.
