2 Weeks no goods - No contact

I would love to leave a review on goods but the fact I haven't received them after 2wks despite goods being allegedly posted on the 15th December on a 48hr Tracked - Royal Mail hasn't updated tracking since 16th - I appreciate that strikes were taking place etc but 2 weeks and no tracking updates - I have emailed Chimp Store twice with no response from them - I tried to call them but just get automated response blaming postal strikes etc.
Just really poor service - Why send goods by Royal Mail knowing strikes going to take place ??? I doubt I'll use this store again

No Issues Here

I appreciate a lot of people had a negative experience as seen in some of the reviews below. But in the interest of objectivity. My items all came on time and at a great price. No complaints from this customer.

How much do I wish I had read reviews…

How much do I wish I had read reviews first, ordered item as a xmas present on 7th Dec still no item, RM tracking says sender advised sent 12th Dec then no further updates given. From RM looks like they haven't revieved item to scan in their system.

Contacted company last week and auto response says to allow them 48 hours which I have more than done yet still no response.

I doubt item is going to arrive now in time for xmas so I will be seeking a refund. I understand RM delays at mo but failing to even acknowledge email from customer tells me an awful lot that this company doesn't give a hoot! Judging by lots of other reviews I am not the only one!

Shame really as I thought they deserved business as likely SME but I wouldn't recommend them now based on my experience of trying to get a present for xmas.

Awful to deal with

Order never came after receiving a confirmation email, then to hear nothing for 2 weeks from that email. Terrible service and even worse customer service. Replies take a long time and when they were received I was met with a sarcastic response and absolutely no ownership of fault or good will gesture to compensate for what’s been an awful experience.

Poor communication

Poor communication, item out for delivery with DPD. I expect delays with this time of year. Parcel not attempted for delivery and sent back to Out Of Step ltd. No help from DPD so have to contact sender…. Unable to contact Chimp in any way! Very poor customer service. And I 100% will not order from them again.

Wrong Size

I ordered a Medium T Shirt. Received XL. I messaged a week ago but as yet not had a response. The item is now out of stock so not going to get correct t shirt or refund before Christmas. Disappointed as had good service previously

Ordered 4 weeks ago and nothing has…

Ordered 4 weeks ago and nothing has arrived. Parcel returned to sender apparently. Their contact phone numbers is a recorded message and they dont respond to emails. Have lost hope and thrown £100 down the drain. Avoid at all costs

Very poor service & missing item

I ordered over 5 weeks ago, great prices but within 4 days I received an email saying they were out of stock of 1 item so will refund, they did.tge order took just under 3 weeks to arrive (was during black Friday and postal strikes so give them some grace period, but 3 weeks. When it did arrive it was missing 1 item that I had paid for, fast-forward to now and after a few emails to ask where is my missing item I am still being ignored, not professional at all, be careful when ordering.

Terrible customer service

I held off writing this as I was waiting for someone to come back to me. This never happened.
Ordered a shirt and some socks. Received a hat and some socks. Other half ordered a top and they sent a different top. You can’t get through on the phone and they aren’t replying to emails.
This was my first order with this company. It’s also my last order.

My product never arrived

My product never arrived. When I informed the company, they told me to contact the Royal Mail myself. However, the Royal Mail requires the sender to contact them with regards to a missing parcel, and when I told them this, they have simply ignored me for a week. I understand it is a busy time, but I’ve had the same issue with another company who have dealt with the matter much better. A real shame.

Took a while but got order.

Took a while, but got order in the end, may be Royal Mail that is causing late deliveries? This is my second order, first order was fine last year. It looks like their support needs sorting out though reading other reviews here.

Damaged goods

Ordered and received a 6 foot folding table, when I opened to check it the table is damaged in 3 places. I have emailed to ask about a replacement or refund twice and have not even had an acknowledgement. Very poor aftersales customer service

Ordered 2 pairs of socks, waited a while for them to come (I know it's the postal strikes)
Stoked to see them! Opened them up, only one pair of socks.
Have tried calling and get no luck. I have also emailed and have not heard anything back.
