The training brought a lot more clarity to me in the Business space, i learnt Business can actually be straight forward, it is the mindset & identity that is the engine for success.

Was awesome to attend the 3 day Business Success workshops. Learnt alot from Rashid and would highly recommend it to anyone who is doing Life Coaching.

I came in as a student just looking to learn a few new skills, but the experience completely changed how I see myself and what’s possible. The trainings were top-notch, the life coaches were genuine and supportive, and the whole faculty really cared about our growth. It’s been a real transformation — couldn’t recommend it more highly.

I have learned, shared and grown so much during 3 day FOCSE training. It’s such an inspiring community, supportive Coaches and specially enjoyed every learning moments in a Trust and Safety environment.

Incredible teachings about coaching. Wonderful insights that will not only help your clients but will also actually help you to know yourself better, that can then be used you to help your clients! They provide a comprehensive package to set you up to be a successful coach.

The Foundations of Coaching event was profound and life changing. I learnt more about myself, my strengths and my true essence than I would have ever imagined. The Systems I was taught gave me the competency to be confidence, and importantly these Systems bring the foundations to bring my own Coaching DNA into them. Kath Ireland was an excellent facilitator and the Ninja support team were there for me. I strongly recommend the Foundations of Coaching event, and studying at ICI.

Great to meet others on this journey. The training gave me confidence and validation, however importantly the support and encouragement to get started and to continue. The methods and techniques were good, but I would have loved to see more. The reflection time was important, but I think could have been condensed so the days were shorter - 9 hours is a long time for a workshop - I think a 10-4 day is always great for a workshop. In summary, some great teaching, learnings and ideas. Great connections and I can get going - thank you!

This is one of the most exciting trainings I've ever had and I'm so grateful to have the opportunity to attend this event. Kath is absolutely a gun. Her energy and the ability to able to relate and connect to audience is unbelievable. The crew, the help and everything is absolutely excellent. Meta Dynamics - Fundamentals took me into a completely new way of thinking about tribal cycles and also of evaluating where I am now Personally, and in Business, and with my Relationships.
I love the safe Break-out-room discussions and the way those discussions further add to my thinking.

Great insights learned over the past 3 days in the Meta Dynamics Fundamentals training. I got to develop/experience new coaching skills and evolve as an individual. Now I get to go share everything I've learnt with others. Absolutely LOVED IT!! Thank you Team ICI :-)
