This company refuses to answer emails

This company refuses to answer emails, despite having a customer service email. I originally ordered 2 toys for my Bengal cats (cost $60.90) on 29 August. I did not receive a confirmation email. I kept emailing the company regarding when the products would arrive. I was ignored 5 times. In frustration I re-ordered the same products yesterday and received a confirmation email. About an hour later the first order arrived. The products are very flimsy and were sent from China, despite it supposedly being an Australian company. I immediately emailed the company again, using the customer service email address to cancel the new order and refund my money. Again I have been ignored by this company. I received an email today stating the products are now shipped. I am annoyed that I will have duplicates of these flimsy products. I recommend that any cat owner do not buy from this company as they will ignore you and send you cheap. flimsy rubbish from China. BEWARE!
