Truly awful
Connected me with a solicitor who have still not completed the contractual works after 16 months.
Utter waste of time as they assigned a solicitor firm which is not on the mortgage provider panel list. Every detail was provided and for the given mortgage provider extra money was charged after clearly understanding what and who is involved. Only came to know after 3-4 weeks, they assigned wrong solicitor for the case.
It is clear that they don't know what they work on, so avoid them and save your time.
Refunded partial amount despite their mistakes.
Asked for the complaint procedure to which they directed me to the website and couldn't find it there hence providing review here.
Do not use this company
This ‘company’ consists of just 2 employees.
They don’t have a complaints policy.
They linked me up with an appalling solicitors who were incompetent and dishonest.
This firm did not want to know and ignored my emails.
Do not use !!
I changed my review to 5 stars as I been refunded for the search of one of the two property I have sign up for.
I have used the Conveyancing Network twice in 2021 as I attempted to buy two different flat in London after choosing the PCS Legal ltd firm.
Unfortunately I been unable to go ahead and complete both the purchase due to unforeseen circumstances outside of my control and completely different outcome after the searches and the surveyor report.
In one case the flat was no mortgageable after multiple banks inspected the flat because the other flat in the same building were still Council Houses and this one despite it was changed to a normal flat the bank refused any kind of mortgage. The flat then has been sold on Auction for cash buyers only and I could not go ahead obviously.
The other flat instead searches and survey outcome reported different remaining leasing, much higher service charge and the fundamental of the building were not stable
and compromise the whole building structure.
I have reported this issues by email but then I have in both cases no offered any refund and only been told that I should pay again the searches fee if I want to attempt to buy a new flat.
In my knowledge the Conveyancing Network offer research refund if the sale it does not go ahead due to “unforeseen circumstances” as in my case and I should not be complaining or reporting this as
the whole experience it has been already stressing and frustrating as the sale could not go ahead.
I hope someone from the Conveyancing Network is going to look into my recent complain email and this feedback and confirm both refunds can be processed.

Where do I begin. Nicole is a superstar. 10/10. My quote was a bit different from the standard but she was able to make sure I get the right solicitor who can support with my needs. Definitely recommend. I also made a saving on my quote. Definitely recommend.
Please think twice about giving your details to these people. They probably represent legitimate solicitors, but take no responsibility for selling your details onwards. I've been receiving messages from solicitors wanting to 'see-if-im-still-looking' and 'wanting-to reconnect' for months. I chose a local solicitor and completed ages ago. I still get lots of 'chase-ups' and theconyancingnetwork tell me they can't/won't do anything about it.
Awful service. Took £450 off me. House sale fell through, solicitor promised refund. They gave me £150 an an extra £10 when I complained. Take your money elsewhere.
No Help what so ever they recommended a conveyancing firm insight law who was a total waste of time, i will be contacting legal ombudsman, they take peoples money and don't keep there clients informed, i have paid £150.00
Easy to use service and used this to find excellent solicitors for our house move (Taylor Rose TTKW) - both sale and purchase. Would happily recommend!
