A great stay at this hotel. The staff were so helpful and polite. Made our stay really comfortable. On arrival, Our room was very warm and the air con wasn’t cooling it down enough. They gladly moved us to another bigger room without hesitation and gave us 2 free drinks from the bar. The staff were amazing, particularly a young lady called Kamile who was wonderful to talk to and be around. Stay really made our stay so enjoyable. We had lunch and dinner and both were top notch. Would definitely stay again.

My review is about the staff and not the hotel facilities itself. I booked a virgin experience days, which it was not cheap at all, which included this hotel + another attraction and for that I would need to stay at the hotel on Saturday night. On the Virgin website it says the booking is available 7 days a week throughout the year. The staff hasn’t pick up my calls and replied to my email simply saying I cannot stay Saturday and I have to book one month in advance, without calling for making a book or any further availability shown. Really bad when service is not same standard level to all customers. If I have the opportunity to book a hotel in London I will definitely not stay there
