Felt ripped off

Hotel would be amazing if just updated. Paid a lot to stay there, had very poor food but we refused to pay for that to be honest it was so poor we expected it to have been taken off the bill but manager refused to see us so my husband just point blankly refused to pay it. Spa is small but pleasant enough but seriously needs an overhaul of changing rooms. Finish around the hotel is poor when you take a closer look.
Just felt ripped off at the end of our one night stay. We won't go back.
