No PayPal for me. Few e-wallets. I used card reluctantly.

My last cashout just sits in pending status forever, every time I ask they say soon, but no exact timeframe, feels like stalling until I cancel it myself.

Banner says instant payouts. In reality my withdrawal sat as pending for 24 hours before even being processed. Then another day at the bank. Instant means something else to me.

I had a dispute about a cancelled bonus and asked how to escalate it. Support just said “we have forwarded to relevant department” and that was it. No independent mediator link, nothing. Doesn’t inspire trust.

After the welcome bonus is gone, it’s just a regular, kind of stingy casino. No creative promos, no sense of community, just same old reload offers. I left and honestly don’t miss it at all.

Hard to explain but the colors, sounds, and constant losing just made me feel low instead of entertained, like the site is designed to keep you numb while you bleed balance.

I accepted their reload bonus without reading properly. Turned out I had to wager it 40 times and the max bet was so tiny it would take hours. Lost patience and just busted it. Feels like it's designed so you never cash out.

I wanted to set a low daily deposit limit to control myself, like 10€. Small amount. The minimum they allow is higher than that, which defeats the purpose. They talk about “responsible gaming” but don’t really let you set strict limits.

They have a responsible gambling page, sure, but in practice everything encourages you to keep going: endless bonuses, easy deposits, reverse withdrawals. The tools to limit yourself are hidden away and clunky. Looks good on paper, not in reality.

Support agents are polite but nothing actually happens after the conversation, they promise to escalate, check with payments, email me soon, but silence.

I ordered on the 20th March for my Girlfriend after seeing how good these trainers looked. 30 day delivery date was fine as I can see the process and effort that goes into these trainers. However 30 days came and went with no contact. I emailed on the 6th April and got a reply stating they are unable to find Stock of White Air Force.

I gave them another month and emailed at the bringing of the week asking for a further update.

I haven't heard anything since so had no option to open a case with PayPal.

Can’t fault the design on the shoes very high quality and for the price are a absolute steal would definitely recommend to people who are wanting customized shoes.
