Been in to the Robroyston outlet a couple of team and each time, Debbie has been welcoming, friendly and helpful. Even when she’s really busy, she manages to see to multiple people at the one time ensuring no one is kept waiting too long.

The gentleman wrapping the furniture was lovely to talk to as well. Delighted with my impulsive purchase of the Heidi sofa and can’t wait to settle down with a good book in my newly decorated snug.

I initially visited the Kilmarnock Store. Jason was really helpful. Went to Store in Uddingston, we were helped by Christine, she was amazing, so patient and helpful. She helped us with colours of sofa and cushions. Eventually bought sofa. I would highly recommend this Store. All the staff were great

Jackie is such a lovely and welcoming employee, she explained everything perfectly and made sure I knew what colour options and pillow options were available with each sofa. Jackie did not hesitate to go and get a measuring tape to measure the sofas to make sure they would be a perfect fit for my space. I cannot recommend Jackie enough and would like to thank her for making the shopping experience so nice, cannot wait to get my sofa delivered. X

We had a fantastic experience at the Kilmarnock store all thanks to Jacqui & Jason. Jacqui was friendly & took the time and patience to go through all of our options and with her help we have ordered a fantastic new sofa suite for our lounge. Jason helped us with measurements and layout to bring our vision alive with no stress just professional advice & care. Both members of staff are a credit to the team and we would recommend Designer Rooms, Kilmarnock!

I was in here shopping with my Fiancé and we spotted our dream dining table! I wasn’t sure about the colour of the chairs matching our dining room so I asked James H from the Breahead store for his advice on matching the chairs to the room. He went above and beyond to help me get the perfect colour of chairs to match! I’m so glad he was there because I’m not the best at matching colours! He definitely made my day!

Visited the designer rooms in june after visiting several stores for a new sofa suite, they had a great choice in store with great prices. The sales staff were great, really happy with the service we received that day. The suite was delivered on time and have to give a thanks to the guys who delivered the suite. Friendly, professional and took away all packaging. Definitely would recommend.

Made very welcome. No pressure sales lots of information.

James and Debbie are so helpful. Will miss them and the Robroyston store when it closes. 😢
