Friendly customer service

Popped into the Braehead store looking for accessories. Saira was so lovely and helpful in assisting me with what I was looking for. She is a credit to the Designer Rooms. Great customer service!

Third visit this week to the Braehead…

Third visit this week to the Braehead store to purchase items for our new house. James is such a lovely and friendly guy and it was lovely that he remembered us from our last visit. We will be make our fourth visit tomorrow for another framed picture and I can’t wait to see the new stock that comes into the store on Monday!

Looking for dining chairs

I was looking for a quite specific type of dining chair, to replace four that were really not suitable.
Jacqui was very helpful, and found me a much more suitable set of chairs.
I wanted items in stock and a quick check on the portal established availability.
Pick them up Monday.
All good.

Craig and Fraser delivered my couch…

Craig and Fraser delivered my couch today and they were absolutely excellent. Both were friendly, professional and really helpful, and they took great care bringing everything into the house and getting it set up.
