Good product, well priced, excellent service.

Great products at a good price, quick delivery, recommended.

Spoke to Jamie on the phone before ordering. Full comprehensive verbal guide on what I needed. Order placed, and the goodies arrived well inside 24 hrs from ordering.
Previously dealt with Jamie and Laura who know detailing inside out.
I just don't bother with going to anywhere else for car cleaning/ detailing. Make these guys your one and only choice and you won't regret anything!!!

Ordered 5L of Bilt Hambler snow foam through Amazon which never arrived. Apparently they don’t think they have distance selling responsibility and I have to drive over an hour to pick it up.

Effectively taking your money and not delivering goods.

Regarding thier reply, below, to one of thier customers, who placed an order in good faith, and paid. Our contract implies the item is delivered, not picked up from a depot not on our choosing, miles away and which requires driving past a Halfords store? If the courier behaves like a magpie, and keeps what they should be delivering, I suggest you use a reliable delivery company in future. CHECK OUT THE REVIEWS OF PARCEL FORCE, AND THE LACK OF REPLIES FROM MANAGEMENT. DONT SHOOT THE MESSENGER! This is why you get 1 star.

What star rating do you expect when we didn’t get the goods!! Three weeks to get a refund, which contrary to your reply, we HAVE NOT yet received, as this is written.

WE WERE IN at the time they claimed to deliver, and can prove it. How dare you blame the customer for your choice of courier. We have CCTV, and it shows no Parcel Force van or attempted delivery anywhere in the window on the tracked system.

WOULD YOU LIKE TO SEE OUR CCTV?? Yes or no?

Take your anger out on Parcel Force. They have this item, not us. If they won’t return it to you I suggest you contact Gwent Police, who are most welcome to come and look at our CCTV, and then inspect the depot it was supposedly taken back to.
