Order didn’t turn up they ignored my emails, avoid this company they just take your money send no items then ignore you, had to end up claiming money back from my bank if I could give zero stars I would
Dreadful company. Ignore messages, lies about posting items then sends partial order with packing slip listing items not there! Eventually refunded as took out dispute with PayPal but no correspondence from company. It seems most people who order have similar experiences. How are they still trading??
Ordered a jacket from this company and it was to small. I emailed to see if I could exchange for a larger size which they said was fine, I did and since then I have emailed at least 10 times to no response. I have no money and no item of clothing. I’ve reported to trading standards and expressed my experience to many others in the industry who have had similar experiences. Disgusting company
Communication extremely poor then non existent.
Ordered & paid for t shirt and leggings, heard nothing fox week & half, then after thinking I’d been scammed got a reply. Once I received my items, t shirt was not hair resistant ( nor leggings) but asked if I could return t shirt for refund. Waited again a week for reply, then told to pay return postage and would get initial price refunded. Never heard anything since! £20 down and she sees the messages and ignores! Don’t waste your money!
Not had a great experience with this company. I ordered some leggings and a jacket which didn’t end up fitting and the leggings were see though. I contacted the company multiple times to get a refund and return the items but I never heard anything back. Ended up having to put a claim in with my bank. 🤷🏼♀️
