Piling on like all the others

Piling on like all the others, unfortunately. Ordered 3 x6 robots back in May. Received order confirm email immediately, shipping notice email a few days later. It's now mid-September and I have nothing to show for my time and money. I've emailed at least 5 times now, and of course there's no phone number (I wonder why...) so I'm just stuck like everybody else. The only reply I ever received was to my initial email, when "Samantha L." replied to ask for my order number and said she'd take care of the situation. Since then, absolute silence and disregard.

Avoid at all costs!

SCAM

Same as other reviews. Over a month and no package even after receiving a notice it shipped. No reply to emails or messages sent from within the site. They're site tracking system shows never processed. Filled a dispute of the charge with credit card company and evident The Dot company sent some info to make it look like they delivered the robot even when their site still shows never processed. SCAM

Great Experience

Overall a great experience from this brand. The order was delivered in a few days. After using it for some time now it works just as described.

Same experience here

Same experience here. Charged my credit card. Shop apps shows product shipped but no tracking information. Emailed Dot Robot twice, one email address for customer service and another email address for tracking in their own website. No response at all.

They claim 3 day delivery with…

They claim 3 day delivery with tracking. It is now more than 2 weeks and nothing has been delivered. But they did charge the credit card. The credit card has not been used for months prior to this purchase but right after the purchase there appear several fraudulent charges on the credit card. They say only 2 left, but they will charge for more than 2 in a test purchase exercise. Have informed the authorities.
