You cancelled my order with mo explanation.

This was my first time investing in a drone so I was looking for expertise, guidance and support for my purchase, and that’s exactly what I got at the drone factory. The customer service was very professional, friendly and genuine, and so I would highly recommend purchasing from here.

Excellent. Only place in Europe I could get the DJI 57w charger for Osmo multi battery charger. Even dji was useless and no help (especially the robo customer service). Was able to call these guys, speak to a human, and get the item in 2 days. Superb

The staff in the drone factory are brilliant.
Jack and Jane will go out of there way to help and give advice.

Said the item was in stock when actually it wasn't. A I paid by PayPal it took days to get the money back into my account. This meant that I lost out on a bargain elsewhere. Very disappointed
