I'll be honest, looking at some of the negative reviews didn't leave me very optimistic. Working in sales, dealing with the general public, i understand the most people are very impatient and anxious by default.
Boy was i proven wrong ! I ordered pair of travis scott 1s (very high end sneakers) and had them delivered within 5 working days of my order ! I am very happy with my product and anyone purchasing from here remember their timeframe is 'within 10 working days' and it's exactly what it says on the tin, no ifs, ands or buts.

Product was a replica and a poor quality one at that.

Sold pairs of sneakers through them a while ago and I never got paid for them. They just kept the sneakers and never paid me. Lost about £1000 and they have done the same to others aswell. STAY AWAYY!!!

Had no issue and fast delivery

I’ve only just placed an order and immediately tried to cancel it as I was told I’d be able to via the confirmation email I was sent which states «  If you need to cancel or amend your order - you can do so by contacting our Customer Service team within three hours of placing your order.«  well I contacted customer service with my order # within 10 minutes of placing it stating I wished to cancel and I’ve heard nothing back. This does not bode well. I did not even get an acknowledgment receipt for the message I sent. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Please EDIT LDN I complied, I’d like to cancel my order. Thank you.

This website it is one of the worst experiences to buy from! I believe they are incapable to keep up with the standards that other marketplaces strive. Promising deliveries in up to maximum 10 days, and after this 10 days come back with excuses that the product did not meet their standards. Impossible in my opinion when the product ordered is labeled as brand new. I cannot believe that an world wide icon in the fashion industry like Harrods.where the shopping experience is brought to a superlative measure allows this bunch of nonsense marketplace to associate their names to the brand. The Edit Ldn, in a world that move so fast you need at least try to be competitive. At this moment in time, even after the take over, you are still failing to keep up. Disapointing

Absolutely useless. Ordered sneakers 6 July with a delivery date of ten days. No show. Ridiculous AI contact that kept saying it was on route to the facility. Never again

Brilliant service

Sent a pair of trainers I would class as fakes and then argued they weren’t.

Raised a return via PayPal as they refused, they then agreed to take the trainers back and sent an address too send them too.

They then rejected the trainers when they were delivered and now they are lost in the post.

Good one.
