Morning
I can see this is your first time ordering with us, all of our products are from trusted and reputable suppliers and come pre-sealed. The orders go trough numerous checks when being picked packed and dispatched and the parcels are weighted, we would never dispatch out empty boxes.
You will need to contact our customer services team via email on info@theelectroniccigarette.co.uk and you will need to provide full imagery of the parcel, packaging and contents, we would then look at launching a full investigation with Evri as we would never dispatch out any products in empty boxes, and this would be picked up as the products go through various stages within our warehouse.
