I'm really pleased with the sofa, much better build quality and fabric than another that I bought from a different firm earlier last year..wish I'd waited and bought both from here. The English Sofa Co kept me informed during the build process, good choice of fabric samples received and an efficient polite delivery process. Id definitely recommend.

Excellent company to deal with
Samples received very quickly allowing me to take advantage of of the sale price!
This is the second sofa I’ve ordered from them - the first was over 10 years ago and the sofa still looks and feels like it did on the day it was delivered.
Can’t recommend this company enough.

Good looking chairs n sofas
After looking at site I saw a few I liked so selected some samples n brochure and these arrived promptly. I ordered online once I'd chosen n found the process n options good n easy to make payment. Not sure how long etc yet as only ordered yesterday.

Experience was great from start to finish.. We visited the showroom, Nathan assisted us to narrow our choices then once we knew the sofa we wanted he went through the options..
There was no pressure during any of th process, advice available and once order confirmed delivery was inline with advised delivery period.
Sofas are beautiful, well made and look stunning..

Extremely professional service
I requested several leather samples and brochure on line . They arrived promptly and I was very pleased with the choice and quality. As a result I've placed an order for two sofas following a visit to the showroom. Kim kindly assisted me with my choice of sofa and type of leather.

After they updated their fabrics, I requested new swatches. Delivery of the swatches within days. Choice and quality of fabrics fantastic and I have now made my selection for my new sofas. Roll on delivery!

Quality leather corner chesterfield and great service.
We ordered a corner Tatton leather chesterfield for pre-Christmas delivery. Buying a large item online was daunting but we are very relieved that the sofa is beautifully made. It is comfortable and looks great too. The leather samples were very useful and the advice from the company was appreciated. We would thoroughly recommend The English Sofa company. The delivery men were also incredible, taking care to get the sofas through the house, unpacking and setting up. End to end service has been exemplary.

Poor quality
Purchased a leather sofa made by this company. After a week, the cushions flat and the piping is of poor quality. This sofa will be placed for sale on the internet because it can’t be returned for a refund. Will not be purchasing from this company again.

The sofa is fitted with feather-filled cushions per your request, which do need regular plumping to help them keep their shape. That said, if these interiors aren’t right for you, we’d be happy to discuss alternative options and see what can be done to help.
Superb furniture made in the UK
Finding furniture made in the UK, online, is not easy. But The English Sofa Company does just that! We visited the showroom 3 times before committing ourselves to out chosen sofa.
The staff are lovely, professional, supportive from start to finish. We had several samples beforehand, and we could see our finished products online. There are no hidden fees, we had a small quibble over the final cost but this was rectified and a delivery date planned. They went all out to get our sofa to us before Christmas, and we are not disappointed! The quality of the leather and the finish is amazing. Is has given the room that warm glow we wanted. The sofa is fantastic
The sofa is fantastic, very comfortable and so far appears well made, the only issue is the chaise cushion doesn't want to stay in place. Good communication. Took about as long as they estimated. Delivery was wonderful. Very professional service.
