I purchased a few items at The Fabric Co. The people there are so helpful and knowledgeable. I was very grateful that they spent so much of their time helping me. What a great company with excellent staff! I also received a postcard in the mail thanking me for my business. This was the final touch on outstanding customer service.

I went on the web to order a border for my half bath, decided on the pattern, received it so fast without paying a lot of shipping, and love it, it is perfect for my bathroom and quality paper at a real reasonable price.

I've had two experiences with the Fabric Company and my opinion above is genuine. However, when my second order arrived, I was amazed to find that the border pattern was as the first order, but the width was larger than those ordered the first time--it doesn't match so I can't use it--I didn't know that the width wouldn't have been the same as the original two rolls which I have already pasted to the walls of the bathroom. I would appreciate being able to return the new roll for a full refund.

I ordered my fabric at a great price. When there was a question on my yardage, I got an email and follow phone call from guys in the shop. They were extremely friendly and accommodating. My order just arrived and I'm already shopping their website for more fabrics!

The fabric Company was excellent to work with. They have a great web site, great prices and shipped my order quickly. It was delivered right to my house too when most other orders are delivered to my post office. I will order from them again and refer them to my friends.

I was so please with the wall border I received. I received my order in a very timely manner. It was everything I had hoped for and looked like picture. The only thing that I didn't like was the shipping was very expensive it cost more than the border.

I'm very thankful to have found this company online.

It was difficult to track down a "fat" cording that matched the colors desired, but this company has a great selection. It took a week for the product to arrive, but when it did it was slightly damaged. I called the company to try to get it replaced, which they finally agreed to do after numerous calls and not calling me back when they said they would. Then I was told that I would received it by Monday as requested since my project had already had problems and was delayed, but today is Tuesday and I still have not received it. There was no email to tell me the status of it. That's where I currently stand. :(
