The service that is provided by The Fan Cave is some of the best that I have experienced. I purchased my memorabilia from them on 19/07/2025 and from this date, the email communication with Isaac and Faith and the telephone communication with Luke who delivered my order was superb. The care provided by the company in looking after their customers is excellent on top of providing absolute quality pieces of memorabilia. I will definitely be looking at The Fan Cave first for future purchases.

I have bought 40+ items from the Fan Cave as they are simply the best in the business! Every product is exactly as described; reasonably priced and all come with Certification of Authenticity for your peace of mind.

The products are amazingly displayed, the in-house framing is of the highest standard and the customer service is top notch.

A special mention to the shop staff Faith; Nathan; Isaac; Andrew; Ellie and Sophie who are always so hardworking, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

And the framers/warehouse staff Patch; Nicola; Luke; Andy; Kyfer and Abbie who do an amazing job!

Also, Dan the owner is incredibly knowledgeable in this industry and goes above and beyond to make custom orders also possible.

Where to begin, I first bought from the fan cave over a year ago, was extremely happy with my purchase, a few months down the line I started to see them on TikTok, where you can interact and get to know the staff, and their process even better.

Since then I can safely say I have been back and purchased over 10 frames and never once been disappointed with the product, the amazing framing team not only get frames made fast they also do it to an extremely high standard.

Not only that the owner is a down to earth guy, always interacting with customers and even listens to sourcing suggestions, he has personally sourced me items saving me the hassle of not knowing if the item is authentic as the fan cave does nothing less but 100%.

The shop staff are also extremely helpful all the time, always answering questions making sure you’re happy with the custom.

Nathan, Isaac, Faith, Andrew and patch are just a few people who are always answering questions and giving you the best experience possible from a memorabilia company.

If you have any doubts all you need to do is ask the staff, but from me I now only EXCLUSIVELY buy from the fan cave, as they’re trust worthy and give you a 10/10 experience, at fair prices too.

Had an issue with the delivery (DHL at fault). But the customer service from the fan cave was brilliant. Sorted the case with DHL, replacement item sent next day. Customer service faultless. Isaac was brilliant in sorting.

Perfect and delivery was so quick considering I’m on the other side of the world 10/10

Overall the quality of the product was good.
The only downside was online it advertised as shipping week commencing April 7th so I preordered.the item was not shipped during this week at all, I emailed 09/04 and was told they were waiting for a player to sign and that it was going to be shipped by the Friday, this didn’t happen either & emailed 15/04 and then was ignored. Was meant to be a birthday present for my partner which was 20th April so assumed it would’ve arrived in plenty of time but had to end of giving the gift a lot later.
Was finally delivered 24th April.
If I had clear communication that there was delays I would’ve been happier.
