The phone number on the website and invoice is fake or wrong, impossible to speak to a real person from the contact list, also the LTD company name is different to the Farthing which comes across as a massive red flag for me.
Took 3 times longer for delivery than listed.
Love helping out small businesses which is why I was super patient but delivery came within a day of me cancelling it due to my PayPal warranty expiring.
Elliot was very personable with his emails and got my item delivered in the end.

There was a delay in me receiving my item but I emailed the company and got a quick and very helpful response. When the goods arrived I was very happy with my purchase.
