Excellent clinic could not praise them more hightly for their help and advise over the years with our daughter and also my husband has found the product to be outstanding. We as a family have had great benefit from the products from clinic. Would not go anywhere else

The people who work at The Finchley Clinic are very knowledgeable and are happy to give as much advice as they can that does not come over as a sell sell sell pressure. They are genuinely concerned with health, particularly during these times. They give their advice freely. The protocols they advise for keeping well and dealing with current health conditions is invaluable. The products DO WORK, do not be in fear but explain your needs and they will advise as best they can which as I said in my case was extremely good and works. I think the products are affordable and high quality.

A fantastic range to support just about any condition! Particularly loved the lavender capsules, they are very calming and have helped me so much. I spoke to the owner on the phone and I appreciate how he did not send me in the direction of the most expensive products, but gave me what I felt was unbiased honest advice.

the one on one support given is always outstanding. I have dealt with Mark both on email and on the telephone, his approach to health and well being is outstanding. He has a wealth of knowledge, and his enthusiasm is always on point, he really cares about sharing his wisdom and it comes across in a natural way. We very much enjoy his monthly newsletters and have learnt so much… For the first time in a long time I feel hopeful for my future, after having many years of ill health … I’m so glad I didn’t give up searching and that I found a place which truly resonates with my needs

Love the Finchley Clinic.
Excellent products and a brilliant customer service

I’m sure their products are great, but I have been waiting a month for my parcel to arrive, which it hasn’t. I have tried to write the Company, but haven’t received a reply. Instead I got a notification that my mail had not arrived?
So a couple of days ago I went to check their reply to my evaluation, and frankly, my jaw nearly dropped: they not only insinuated that I was a liar, they also very strongly implied that if I couldn't find my way around their website, I must be stupid, or have some sort of mental disability. WHATT?? I have NEVER in my life seen a more obnoxious response ever, I almost laughed out loud in shock. This is so unprofessional. Well, today they have changed that text, and asked me to kindly get back to them by phone, which I have done 3 times now, to absolutely no avail. I have now left a message on their answering machine... I'll see if they will call me back?
You cannot make this up. It is surreal....
Unfortunately there is no half star, but that would be my current rating ;-/

I still believe their products are great, but their customer service... well... it kind of sucks...big time. I imagine some obnoxious teenager is making sure we get told real good if we have any complaints?!

It's rare to find a company that has a personal touch and The Finchley Clinic exceeds all expectations. They are helpful, friendly and supportive if there are problems. The owner (Mark) also offers in depth knowledge and a holistic understanding of most health issues. I am very happy with the Finchley Clinic.
