The quality of the fitted king size sheets is amazing. They have washed beautifully and have a silky feel. Very pleased with them.

This bed linen is breathable in 100% cotton, which seems to be keeping our body temperatures at a more comfortable level now that summer is finally here. This collection washes (and tumble dries) incredibly well, it feels super-soft and it's brilliant quality, so I can see why they supply the same bedding to luxury hotels.
I contacted the company in advance to find out which bed linen would suit my husband and I best and they went out of their way to help me. This made all the difference because I knew what to expect and felt fully informed when I made my purchase. Delivery was super-fast too!

I ordered a duvet for my little boy, and when it arrived they had sent the wrong item (a pillow). I was told it was an error on their side and they would send out a new duvet right away and organise collection of the incorrect item. They said this in writing - that they would dispatch first thing on Monday, and the item would be collected the same day.

They have since gone back on their promise in writing and have said they can’t dispatch the item until the incorrect one has arrived back to their warehouse because ‘it hasn’t been collected’.

I could understand this, however I have provided proof that the item has been collected. The company sent me a postage label for the item to be collected from my home with their chosen courier - I waited in for three whole days as Evri didn’t give a specific time slot for collection, and then provided the confirmation code from Evri - which states the item has been collected.

The company have been acting as though I am lying about the item being collected which makes zero sense - I don’t want the item they sent, I want the item I ordered (which is worth much more than what they sent incorrectly).

Customer service incredibly rude and unhelpful, refusing to send out an item that I have paid for until the item they sent in error returns back - meaning waiting an additional week after ordering, even though the error was on their side. They have implied that I haven’t returned the item - I’m not really sure why as it’s their mistake and I raised it as soon as the item arrived.

This whole process has been a complete sham, has caused a lot of unnecessary stress.

Normally when a company makes a mistake they are keen to fix it as soon as possible and in the most positive way - not treat them in this poor and acusatory manner.

I’d spend your money elsewhere as this company clearly doesn’t care about its customers despite their scripted ‘we care about our customer’ claims. When I eventually pressed them to show proof that it said the item hadn't been collected, they clearly were unable to and so refunded me.

Slightly more open weave to the fabric than anticipated and also a mid grey rather than the expected dark charcoal grey.

Beautiful sheets, well made and great quality. I previously bought these sheets for my daughter’s cotbed, she has now moved into a single bed so this order was to replace her sheets that no longer fit her bed.
