Started with Steve's 10 week lean and learn years ago. The workouts are great.
Steve is so personable. Makes me laugh/smile every day. Stepkaraobics are brilliant. Great way to start the day.

Finally found a home program that I’m excited about! I’m eight days in and absolutely loving it! Thank you Steve for creating this great program and for always making it better! I’ve been telling all of my friends about it!

Thank God for Steve🙏 after being diagnosed with alopecia, the gym is out for me and with countless promises to myself to tune in to music and exercise, of course I didn't! so when I came across The Fitness Guy and Steve, it was the answer to my prayers: easy to use app, straightforward exercises, brilliant recipes, fantastic music and the incentive to complete all years-I haven't felt this good in years! Treat yourself, get the app, have the craic & get fit -you won't regret it! 🇮🇪

I needed something to keep me interested and motivated. I stubbed on TFG and am very happy I did. After major surgery on my ankle last year I was still unsteady and weak on that ankle. As of today I am not quite able to hop yet and that is ok, but getting there! I also have cut my 2 mile walk by 10 minutes!

The workouts are simple and the music is fun. This isn't for someone training for the Olympics, it's for people who need a kick start, or that's how I look at it. Just something easy to stick too, that takes up a small part of your day and isn't so intense that you dread it! Steve is personable and fun :)

Bloody amazing!
Love these musical workouts- finally got my daughter to join in and it’s a joy to be getting fit with her.
Thank you ☺️

I’ve only just joined this group. The music is amazing and it doesn’t feel like exercise, just great fun. I love that the next move pops up in a box and there’s a count down to it. I haven’t managed to both sing and follow the moves yet though 🤣

I love the workouts. They are fun, I am motivated to do them. I travel around a lot so love the fact I can do them where ever I am. I was introduced to TFG during lockdown. I started with Fat Furnace followed by lean and learn and the 10 week lean and learn. I have also done the advent calender for a few years. Last year I signed up for The Transform Program. I really like opening a workout a workout and not knowing what its going to be like. Can't reccomed highly enough.

I stumbled across The Fitness Guy in comments on Facebook and I've never looked back. I started on the Fat Furnace 14 day plan and I actually looked forward to downloading the daily workout! I loved in particular the 80s synth pop and Take That workouts with the added bonus of lyrics to sing along. Who knew exercise could be so much fun! Access to the recipes combined with watching Channel 4's What Not to Eat has really changed my mindset on eating. For me it was about getting moving as working from home was meaning I'd be lucky to do a few hundred steps a day. I'm now incorporating a workout into my daily (I try) regime. Thanks Steve for making me like exercise again.

I started the Step Up, Slim Down program as I was feeling awful in myself. The workouts are fun and Steve's banter throughout makes it all the better. I lost a bit of weight and greatly improved my energy levels and mood. This inspired me to try his Transform program and I'm going from strength to strength. The support provided by the whole team is outstanding. I can't rate them high enough

Step Up Slim Down is yet another fabulous and creative exercise regime, I don’t think I’ve ever laughed so much whilst working out, especially when not in person, it really does feel as though you’re in the room with Steve… love that it’s built for anyone and everyone with fantastic music… give it a go, you won’t regret it

Another fantastic challenge from TFG. Have loved working through all the step workouts. Catering for all ages and levels of fitness with brilliant music starting in the 1970’s through to the 2000’s. On top of the workouts great menu plans which are family friendly. This is great value for money and have had an absolute ball taking part, does not feel like exercising at all, just having a dance to great music. Definitely 10/10 from me.
