I came across this company after looking on Google and eBay for a heated floor for the bathroom. Their prices are superb and they offer a custom design service that is second to none. I called to add to the quotation and they were extremely helpful. Now thinking of upgrading the conservatory floor so it can be used all year round and they will be my go to company!

Service exemplary apart from an initial misunderstanding about the pipe sizes and design routing of UFH piping. Design changed and resubmitted on the saje day, much appreciated. Took time to go through details and explanations of the system. Plus a bonus was the pricing.

The customer service is great, the delivery was quick. The only issue I have it's that under heating boards were not routed equily and in some places we have to press hard to fit the pipes.

I purchased both water-based and electric underfloor heating systems from this company. My first order was about a year ago, and I was initially worried because I needed delivery to the Republic of Ireland. However, they were very responsive to all my emails and the process went smoothly.

Exactly what I needed and delivery was very fast

Good range of advanced heating controls (HeatMiser) at very competitive prices. Next working day delivery and also accommodated a post-order charge in the delivery address (not easy).

Even when purchasing around 2 thousand pounds worth of gear from them, there was no support at all. Had couple of questions regarding layout and UFH system requirements but no answers or even reply came back
